60 Years of the Long Beach Expo

Exhibitor FAQ

Here are FAQs we commonly receive from dealers or exhibitors attending the Long Beach Expo for the first time.

Every exhibitor/dealer must have their ribbon visible at all times on the showroom floor. Exhibitor ribbons will be picked up at check-in, in the HALL C lobby of the Convention Center. If your staff requires extra ribbons, their names need to be indicated on the application form at the time your application is submitted.

A corner booth consists of an 8′ front table, a 6′ side table, and a 6′ backup table. An inline booth consists of an 8′ front table and a 6′ backup table. See https://longbeachexpo.expocad.com/Events/lbe623/index.html for what table locations are available for the next show!

Space options are:

  • 10’ x 10’ – 100 Square Feet

  • 10’ x 30’ – 300 Square Feet

Yes – Exhibitor Day is just that. Exhibitors set up on Wednesday before the general public enters and can arrange a time to submit items for onsite grading with PSA and PCGS. Get your items back at the show or have them mailed back to you. Be sure to fill out the Show Form if you do want your items returned before Saturday at the show.

Each table has decorator pipe and drape and is ready for you to do business! Display cases (standard-sized aluminum display cases at 24″ x 36″ x 4″) and lamps are available for a small fee – indicate how many of each you will require on your application form. Your exhibitor sign will display your company name, city/state of business, and your booth number. You will have chairs inside and outside your booth. You have an electrical outlet to plug in computers, lamps, credit card machines, etc. Extra extension cords, display cases, and lamps are available. We provide a few snacks in the dealer bags given to you upon entry, and table covers.

Good news! We won’t have to sign for your packages – you will be able to. We prearrange a set schedule with FedEx to ensure that you will be able to sign for your packages directly. They will deliver only during exhibitor hours and we will make lots of announcements on the PA so you can sign for your packages at our information booth.

Shepard is our contracted decorator. They provide the tables, chairs, hanging signs, carpeting… A lot of what you see is provided or set up by Shepard. If you need to purchase an extra table, want an ergonomic office chair, etc. Shepard is who you need to contact. Click here for the Shepard order forms if you anticipate having any additional needs at your booth. They even have some incentive prices if you order ahead of time!
